How do I track my Volt order status?
You can check the status of any order at any time simply by signing in to your Volt Member profile and visiting your orders page.
Can I cancel my Volt order?
Yes, but we do not allow for cancellation once the order is processed.
If your order is currently being processed or is already processed, please get in touch with us to begin the refund process so you may return the items as soon as possible to get your payment returned.
Can I change my Volt order?
We currently don’t offer changes through our store. If you would like to change your order, don’t hesitate to contact us to return the items you purchased. Place a new order anytime for the items you originally wanted to purchase.

What is Volt's return policy?
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, contact us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not functioning properly, we will cover the return shipping.
Where is my refund?
Please allow 1-7 business days for your refund to be processed once your return package has been inspected and approved.
