Trade-in Program

Cycle Your Collection

Turn the games you’re not playing into store credit you can use on your next order. We accept trade-ins for eligible cartridge games, consoles, and accessories. Our trade-in program is designed to be simple, transparent, and collector-friendly.



How It Works


  1. Contact us at help@voltlibrary.com with a list of the items you want to trade in.
  2.  
  3. We review your items and send you a trade-in offer.
  4.  
  5. If you accept, ship your items to us for inspection.
  6.  
  7. Once your items are received and verified, we issue your store credit.

We are most interested in clean, authentic items that are complete, tested, and in good working condition.



Condition Requirements


To be eligible for trade-in, items must match the condition described when you contact us. We inspect every item after arrival to confirm authenticity, condition, and functionality.

  • Condition should match your description as closely as possible
  •  
  • Any major cosmetic damage, missing parts, or functionality issues should be disclosed in advance


Store Credit


Trade-ins are paid in store credit. We do not currently offer cash payouts.


Store credit is issued after your items are received and inspected. If an item does not match the original description, we may revise the offer before credit is issued.



Shipping Your Trade-In


Customers are responsible for shipping items to us unless otherwise agreed in writing. We recommend packaging your items carefully and using a tracked shipping service.



Authenticity & Inspection


All trade-ins are inspected before store credit is issued. We check for authenticity, overall condition, completeness, and functionality. If we are unable to verify an item as authentic, we may decline it or adjust the offer.



Offer Revisions


If your items arrive in a different condition than described, are incomplete, or are not functioning properly, we may update the trade-in offer. If that happens, we will contact you before issuing store credit.



Rejected Items


If we are unable to accept an item after inspection, we will contact you with available options. If you would like the item returned, return shipping costs may apply.
